All rates include a bedroom with a bath and
shower plus full breakfast. We regret that smoking is not
permitted in the house.Wireless
internet access is available as is the use of a desktop pc.
All bedrooms are equipped with tvs, hair dryers and irons and
ironing boards.
It really helps us if you give us a rough idea
of your arrival time in advance especially if you plan to arrive
before 16.00 hrs or after 22hrs! Check out is by 11am.
Breakfast is from 7am to 9.30am. All
rates include VAT at 13.5%

Each self catering unit sleeps 2. The
minimum rental period in July and August is 7 nights.
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are
all included in the price and the bed is made up in advance.
Check in is after 4pm. Departure is by 11am. Each of
the self catering units contains a fridge/freezer, microwave,
electric cooker, dishwasher, tv and dvd.
A non refundable deposit of euro 150 is
payable for a 7 night booking. The final balance is due
two weeks before the holiday commences.
If cancellation of a booking is necessary,
please contact us immediately. If you require odd dates outside
